Warranty Policy
At Holbrook Pickleball, we stand behind the quality of our paddles—after all, our name is on them! We offer a one-year warranty covering all major manufacturing defects for the original owner. This warranty is valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and applies only to new paddles purchased directly from Holbrook Pickleball or authorized retailers.
Please note that demo and used paddles are not eligible for warranty coverage. Additionally, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.
To submit a claim, kindly provide as many details about your purchase as possible, including your name, email, and order number. We also ask that you include clear photos and videos of the paddle. Please send all information to support@holbrookpickleball.com. We’re here to help!
All warranty claims are subject to the sole discretion of Holbrook Pickleball.

Our Story
Kasen and I started this company in our small college apartment in Northern Utah. That’s where
the idea for Holbrook Pickleball was built.
Growing up in the Holbrook household, we were taught to work hard and seek continual
improvement every single day. There was a culture of progression. We were taught to work hard and play hard — and to take pride in doing things the right way.
We carried that mindset into everything.
Sports. School. Church. Community. Relationships.
Over the years, we became obsessed with the pursuit of better — not just individually, but collectively. Building a championship team. A group of like-minded people committed to operating at a high level in all
aspects of life.
That obsession became Holbrook.
As we started playing pickleball, we saw more than just a fast-growing sport. We saw an opportunity to build a brand for players who take improvement seriously. Players who care about the details. Players who make the people around them better.
